I have just spent 5 weeks at your hotel as a senior tenant while contractors were updating my living accommodations.
I wish to convey my special thanks to the staff members with whom I had any dealing, be it the employees at the front desk, the breakfast room, the housekeeping or the maintenance staff. I was always treated with the utmost courtesy and eagerness to please. I greatly enjoyed the comfort of a good quality mattress, the beautiful view over the lake, and the great variety of the tempting pastries, breads, fruits and yogurt in the breakfast room. My overall stay was very pleasant and I could not have wished for anything better. Heartfelt thanks.
